Warranty Policy

At Skout Airguns Shop, we only sell new, original products covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty applies when products are used under normal operating conditions. The coverage period starts on the date shown on your purchase invoice. Purchasing from any Wolfiek Group store ensures you benefit directly from the manufacturer’s warranty. During the warranty period, all products supplied by Wolfiek Group are fully protected against manufacturing defects or faults arising from the production process.

HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?

The warranty period starts on the purchase date shown on your invoice. For all new products in our stores, the standard warranty is 2 years.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

If you encounter an issue with a product purchased from Wolfiek Group, please contact our customer service team using our submission form or via WhatsApp at +34 666 712 245.

Please provide the following details:

  • Invoice or order number
  • Photos of the product (we may also request a video showing the issue)

After receiving your information, we will process the warranty request and keep you updated on its progress. Additional details may be requested if needed.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing errors in the product or its components.

The warranty may be resolved by one of the following methods, as determined by Wolfiek Group in agreement with the customer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The rifle has been improperly disassembled or reassembled
  • Non-recommended lubricants have been used
  • Non-original parts have been installed
  • The product shows signs of misuse or abuse
  • The product was not used according to its intended purpose or instructions

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover:

  • O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
  • Damage caused by user negligence
  • Damage during shipping or transportation
  • Damage from misuse or improper maintenance
  • Parts subject to normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by using the product on other objects or property
  • Any additional related expenses

The warranty also does not cover failures due to third-party modifications or misuse. Transportation costs are excluded.
