Changes and Cancellations

1 - Orders Not Yet Prepared:

You may change or cancel your order free of charge.

2 - Orders Prepared but Not Shipped:

Changes to the order are no longer allowed.
Cancellation is possible. In such cases, we will refund 90% of the order value and provide a 10% voucher for a future purchase.

3 - Orders Already Shipped:

Changes or cancellations cannot be made. Standard return and exchange policies apply.
To request a cancellation, please complete the submission form.

Important: If your order ships after you have requested a cancellation, we must first recover the package before processing any refund.

Cryptocurrency Payments (BTC, ETH, USDT)

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If you wish to return a cryptocurrency-paid item, you must request the return within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the item’s condition, you will receive a voucher worth between 70% and 90% of the original product price, usable toward a future purchase.

Returns and Exchanges — EU, UK, and USA

You have 14 days from the delivery date to inspect your items and decide if they meet your expectations.

We recommend checking products immediately after delivery to ensure they are in perfect condition and correctly delivered.

Important: Mounted optics cannot be returned. Carefully inspect the item before mounting.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are not covered by us.
Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.
We are not liable for any issues occurring during return shipping.
An item is considered returned only when it reaches our warehouse.

Once we receive your return, you will be notified. Within seven days, we will inspect the item(s) and inform you whether the return or exchange is approved.

Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition will incur a minimum 10% fee based on the total price.

Exchanges

If approved, you will receive a discount code equal to the value of the returned product, which can be used for a new order within seven business days (shipping costs not included).

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
