General Shipping Information
We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.
During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Important for air rifles: To ensure quality, rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days, allowing our team to carefully inspect and test each product before dispatch.
Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including phone number and street number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If a package is lost due to incomplete or incorrect address details, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please submit a request using our submission form. Do not contact the courier directly. We will coordinate the correction to avoid delivery issues. While we strive to assist, we cannot guarantee all changes can be made in time.
Contacting the courier directly may cause delivery problems. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Special Cases by Region
Turkey
Shipping to Turkey can be challenging. Customers should submit a request via our submission form before placing an order to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.
Countries with Specific Legal Requirements
Certain countries have regulations requiring product adjustments (e.g., airguns). Customers in the following countries must contact us before ordering to ensure compliance:

- Saudi Arabia
- Argentina
- Brazil
- South Korea
- Taiwan
- Ukraine
Failure to consult us may result in delays or issues with shipping or customs clearance.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and possession of our products comply with local laws. Wolfiek Group is not liable for misuse or legal restrictions in your region.
Shipping to the EU, UK, and USA
If your order remains in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form on our website. Refunds will be processed 90 days after shipment to allow for investigation.
Shipping to Other Countries
For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer once it leaves Spain. This includes customs charges, transit delays, or delivery problems in the destination country.
Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred when importing our products.
After dispatch from Spain, Wolfiek Group is no longer responsible for transit or customs issues. Refunds or replacement shipments cannot be provided for these issues.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
We currently ship worldwide except Russia and China.
