The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal conditions.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase invoice, so when you make your purchase at SKOUTAIRGUNS.SHOP, you will directly benefit from the warranty offered by the product manufacturer. This means that any failure or defect in the product supplied by SKOUTAIRGUNS.SHOP will be fully covered within the warranty period.

HOW LONG DOES MY WARRANTY LAST?

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase invoice. The warranty duration for all our new products is 2 years.

Products listed in the "SECOND HAND" section come with a 6-month warranty.

HOW DO I CLAIM A WARRANTY FOR A PRODUCT?

We need to know:

• The invoice number of the purchase.
• Photos of the products.

Once we receive the information, we will take care of managing the warranty, keeping you informed at all times about the status of the process. If we need any additional information, we will contact you directly.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

In applicable cases, the warranty will cover (according to each particular case):

• Repair.
• Replacement with the same or similar product.
• Refund of the product's paid amount.

The warranty will not be valid if:

• The rifle has been disassembled and reassembled incorrectly.
• It is found that the lubrication used is not recommended.
• Non-original parts have been incorporated.
• The product shows signs of abuse.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY?

The warranty does NOT cover:

• O-rings, screws, seals, springs, stocks.
• Any damage caused by the owner's negligence.
• Damages occurring during transportation/shipping.
• Damages caused by abuse or lack of maintenance.
• Parts subject to natural wear and tear due to use.
• Damages caused by using the product on other objects or property.
• Any other expenses.

The warranty does not cover failures or anomalies in the products when they have been misused or modified by third parties.

The warranty does not include transportation costs.
